[09.16] [Helly] New website stuff

I've always wanted an accurate list of what characters that are currently online. So to do this i've added a few things to the server code and now you can see who's online.

I've added an indicator to the rankings... red means offline, green means online. You can also see the names of the people that are online by clicking "Players online" in the menu on the right side of the site.

nice stuff i'd say.. if you have any idea's.. or if you want me to change something.. post it in the suggestions section on the forum :)
